This Policy forms an integral part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the Terms of Use of SHAGUN VILLA

For the purpose of this Policy, wherever the context so requires, "you" shall mean any natural or legal person who uses our Platform, including specifically Customers and Suppliers of Shagun villa

1.     SHIPPING COSTS

1.1.    the payment for which is made by way of cash on delivery. If charged, such charges shall not be refunded to the User on cancellations or returns that are made after the shipping of the purchased Products, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by TA Studios Pvt Ltd after due verification at its sole discretion). Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall pass onto the User upon the delivery of the purchased Products to the User.

 

1.2.    Shipping Charges for Your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

 

1.3.    Free Shipping is provided for all Prepaid Orders within India and the estimated time of delivery is 2-14 business days.

 

1.4.    The following are the details pertaining to Domestic Shipping (Postpaid Orders i.e. Cash on Delivery)  and International Shipping:

1.5.         In the event of International Shipping, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

 

1.6.         On orders that contain multiple items, the products may be dispatched separately. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking details pertaining to individual orders.

 

1.7.         Delivery timelines are estimates and these estimates may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as situations including but not limited to, public holidays, weather conditions or issues pertaining to courier service.

 

 

1.8.         In such events of delay, we will make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating you by writing to you on your registered email account and/or mobile number. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to intimate you of anticipated delays in the delivery of purchased Products on our website. Further, we  are under no obligation to compensate you for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise on account of a delay in the shipment and delivery or use of the purchased Products.

 

 

1.9.      You must provide complete and accurate shipping address along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address. Any failure in delivering the purchased Products arising out of your failure to provide correct, complete and accurate information shall not hold us liable at any point in time.

 

2.     SHIPMENT TRACKING

 

3.1.  Upon the successful placing of an order on our website and after successfully handing over the purchased Product(s) to our Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable you in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products. You may use the tracking identity number on the website and/or the mobile application of the Logistic Partner to check the whereabouts of the purchased Product and the estimated time of its delivery. We will make reasonable attempts in ensuring that the tracking status of the purchased Products is updated in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the tracking status since it is updated on a real-time basis and is subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and other technicalities beyond TA Studios’ control.

 

3.2.  Upon dispatch of the orders placed, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.

 

3.3.  Tracking can be accessed 24 hours after dispatch via the courier’s website.

 

3.4.  All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment verification, excluding weekends , public holidays or reasons beyond the control of SHAGUN VILLA

 

3.5.  You or an authorized individual by you, may be required to sign for the package upon delivery at the provided address.

 

3.6.  In rare situations wherein your order is not delivered within 20 days of dispatch, the order will automatically stand cancelled and you will be notified[AR1] .

 

3.     DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

 

3.1.      There may arise certain circumstances wherein orders dispatched by us may be delayed or missing, in such cases please contact us immediately:

4.     SELF-COLLECTION OF ORDERS

 

4.1.      Self-collection refers to the option provided to customers to personally pick up their orders from TA Studios' designated location, instead of having the order delivered to their address.

 

4.2.      Customers that wish to collect their orders personally can opt for this self- collection option by way of intimating us by sending an email to customer.support@taroob.com with details pertaining to order number, to confirm presence for self-collection.

 

4.3.      Orders must be collected within 2 working days of receiving the confirmation email. In case the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be shipped to the designated address provided during the purchase.

 

4.4.      Self-collection is available starting 1 working day after the order is confirmed.

 

5.     CANCELLATION

 

5.1.    Orders may be cancelled by us in any of the following cases: (a) if it is suspected that a user has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or (b) if it is suspected that a user has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms, or (c) in case of unavailability of product(s), or (d) for any reason outside our control including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties, or (e) any errors in product details or pricing.

 

5.2.    The cost of certain products and Services may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the us by third-party seller. In each such case we have the right to cancel your order.

 

5.3.    If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide you with any additional instructions, if necessary.

 

5.4.    If your payment has already been processed, the refunded amount will be reversed back to your original payment method, within a period of 7-14 working days from the date of receipt of payment by Shagun villa

 

5.5.    We shall be entitled to maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

 

5.6.    You may cancel their orders before dispatch by contacting our support team at customer.support@taroob.com. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

 

6.     UNSUCCESFUL DELIVERIES

 

6.1.      If a delivery attempt fails due to the your unavailability or incorrect address, we shall make one more attempt to deliver the package.

 

6.2.      In case the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you can request re-dispatch by paying an additional shipping fee.

 

7.     MAILING AND OPERATIONAL HOURS

 

7.1.      All orders that are placed are processed during operational hours which are Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm (excluding public holidays).

 

7.2.      Orders that are placed outside the operational hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

8.     MODIFICATION OF SHIPPING POLICY

 

8.1.      We reserve the right to amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, shipping practices, the delivery partner arrangements, or operational advancements. Please check this page periodically for changes. The shipping terms in effect at the time of your purchase will govern the shipping process for that order. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will post the changes here. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to this Policy will constitute your consent and acceptance of those changes.
